Harbor Breeze 6-in Brushed Nickel Metal Pull Chain

I hated the old pulls on our ceiling fans as they were identical so it was super annoying, and they were different lengths but both just out of reach for my 5'2" self. They were smooth and I could never get a grip on the darned things. These new pulls are great - sturdy, attractive material, a nice size and immediately clear which is which due to their shapes. I like that the light bulb is a little frosted globe which I think is adorable. The chains are also just longer enough that they don't hang down too far but are now easily within reach. Installation was simple, I was able to cut off the ball chain just above the old pulls (the top was rusted and I didn't want to bother with it) and the new ones clipped right on. Perfect!

Who amongst us has not looked up at a ceiling fan, looked at the two bobbles hanging down, and wondered which one turned the light off & on, and which one controlled the fan? These are a cute (but not *too* cute) solution. It's immediately obvious which pull controls which function, because (this is the clever bit) one looks like a light bulb and the other looks like a ceiling fan! I've probably ordered 5 or 6 sets of these, to put on every ceiling fan in the house. If I ever install another ceiling fan, I'll buy yet another set of these.

I bought these because my Hampton Bay fan had pull chains that have become very dull and just didn’t look as good as the rest of the fan. What a great purchase!First, they have a nice weight to them. They look great, and are very interesting compared to regular fan pulls. They are also much better than the picture in the item description.It was unclear from the picture how the pull that looks like fan blades would hang. You can see from my photo that it hangs just like a regular fan would do. It also has a rounded tip to the center hub that is really cute.The pull for the lights sort of glows when the lights are on and shine through it. It is also much more substantial than I thought it would be.Love these!

I think these are absolutely adorable. What a simple, "duh" idea! We've all been there pulling the wrong fan pull for the light and then have to pull again about 13 times to get the fan speed to where we want it. That time could be better spent watching Netflix! The one issue I did have with this product is that the clasps to attach them to my current fan-pull beads were too small, so make sure you have pliers to open the clasp a little bit and then you can close it around the ball and you're good to go! Again, very cute and extremely helpful. Worth the purchase.

I absolutely love decorating my home with small details like this. It adds personalization. This product's quality is beyond amazing for the price. This is the cheapest I have found online. I used 1 pair for myself and the other pair for my parents, they are growing older and I always find them pulling both chains more often than not. I believe this has helped them with simple tasks during day to day life. Thank you!

They're exactly what you'd expect for the price. They are cute and look just like the picture. The chain is short (as shown), which was a little too short for me since I have high ceilings, but that's on me since they are as pictured. One of the lightbulb charms did fall out immediately and had to be super-glued back in, which is why I've given it 4 stars. I bought two sets, and the other three charms have been holding up just fine over 5 or so months of tugging.

Bought these for my daughters room... but i would use them for mine too. They came with a very short cord which was kind of annoying since the purpose of me buying these was so that we could reach the cord. But the design is great, its not cheaply made and they are easy to use. My daughter loves being able to tell which one she is pulling on. (Which means she doesn't freak out when she accidentally ends up in the dark like with the old ones)

These are so cute in person and not tacky at all. I have one of the older fan/light combos and the fan was always getting turned on when I actually wanted the light to be turned on. These little gadgets have taken the guess work out. They are very easy and start forward to attach, however I gave it 4 stars because I ended up using the existing chain links. The new ones that came with this product were too tight and I was too lazy to stretch them out.
