What is the handle made of?

It is a plastic, and not one that is highly heat resistant. I left it in my cast iron frying pan while it cooled and accidently left the handle in contact with the edge. It melted a groove in it. Didn't destroy the function, but it did melt.

For medium turner only, what are the exact dimensions of the blade, the flat/unbent part?

flat surface is 5.016" long by 2.963" wide

Is the front edge beveled ?

Yes it is. It's relatively thick stainless, with a nice bevel at the edge that really gets under eggs, etc. I bought it a few months back, use it often, and still love it. Especially for the price.
