Just slightly smaller than a size 6 shoe and a little bit thicker than I would like Felt a little tight when I first put them in but after a short while they were fine , In fact my feet feel better and less pain in my knees and back I’ve only been wearing them for a few days

These have definitely helped with my foot pain, so far they have been worth the money.

Customer service from supplier was 5 star.There was an issue supplying the insole I had requested and they contacted me, advised me and supplied an alternative at no extra cost.The insoles are excellent quality and solves the issue I was having immediately, now walking pain free. Would highly recommend.

Sellers, you need to show the UK sizes as you’re selling them in the UK. Please change your description, e.g I ordered size 6-6.5 and received US 6-6.5 which is equivalent to UK 4-4.5.

I am very disappointed with these in size. I have a pair of same brand insoles and these are stated 6/6.5 but are more like a 5 and don’t reach my roes hence uncomfortable. I would like an exchange or refund but seller states non refundable.

Exceed my expectation, this is why i bought this other one for my wife.

Literally cured my plantar fasciitis. Not gonna lie the first day of using this it was a little better but then my feet still hurt at the end of the day of an 8 hour shift, but after a couple days I felt no pain at all. Just had to break it in I guess. This is golden. Highly recommend, this it will help your feet!
