I really like using this product when I am trying to increase strength and I want to double up on muscle groups in a shorter period of time. I definitely notice I am significantly less sore if I use it as directed (which is several scoops per serving, twice a day). It does become expensive if you are following the serving sizes for your weight, but it’s well worth the cost if you can afford it

It works so well AND fast! I’m seeing results already and recovery time is down.

Basically you will just be less fatigued In The morning It’s does work , works best for people who constantly go through max effort training For people who “overtrain” this will help with recovery.

Great product, a little pricey but it definitely helps with soreness and growth.

Nothing much else to say other than it works as described. Reduced my post workout soreness by at least 70% and can lift the same muscle group within 3 days so recovery has become much faster. I'm a 33 yo male.

I have used this product in the past to maximize my aesthetic muscle building efforts and it never fails to dissapoint. Noticible difference within the first couple of days for me. Muscles feel fuller and tighter. Great product!
