Awesome value trans jack.
As a former trans mechanic I think this is an awesome value. I will list the things I did not like, but keep in mind the price. Now with that being said, In my opinion it is nowhere near as good as the ones used by professional that cost $1200 or more. Its not even really close to the quality of a high end professional unit.I put a hoist in my garage and I needed one to take my dads trans out of his 1990 F150 4x4. I decided not to remove the transfer case and pull the whole thing out as one unit. Although this worked (barely), the legs did bend a little. It worked fantastic for removing and reinstalling the gas tanks. The other thing I was not impressed with was there was only a tilting function one way, not both ways which is what I was very used to. It does tilt one way and slides the other way (slides left and right, not tilt) but I was thinking that it "tilted" forward and back, left and right. That is not the case. But with all that being said I still gave it a 5 stars because for $170 it just can't be beat. It is a real life saver and I am very glad I bought it. Because it is such a great value, I gave it a 5 stars.I have had it about 2 months as of this post.

Fitment issues, but after fixing... Worth the money!
Came in today and I set it up. A lot of comments here seem to align with my experience so far. Was replacing my clutch on my 350z Nismo. I have a car lift at home and it made the job so much easier.A couple complained about the fitment and I certainly had fitment issues. I had to modify the leg bolt holes because they had a nasty offset. Couldn't get the bolts in straight on any of them. Once I opened them up, it was leveled. The washers and crush washers are junk. Had to go to home depot and get new ones. They just caved it when tightening themI would recommend using blue/red loctite with the leg bolts. You should also lube up the foot pedal piston with grease. When I used it, I lowered the car on the lift to keep the jack as low as possible. I know it's telescoping, but based on the comments... I played it safe. The chains are useless. Go to Walmart and grab some 2" wide heavy duty straps to secure the tranny to the jack.I'm a DIY person and for my hobby purposes, after the fixes, this is worth the purchase. The piston is heavy duty for sure. The wheels themselves are metal. All in all, It paid itself since I did the work. Now if any other of my toys blows a clutch, I hope after long term storage it will hold up for the next jobs.

Great Trans Jack, and other lifting needs!
Great product! Lifted the back of my 66 Mustang with ease (just the bare body). Used it to lift my rear end up with ease! Also used it to take down/put up my trans on the 2015 mustang with ease as well!

Not bad
Works good for price. Chains to wrap trans are useless for the most part. Too short.Other than the chains it worked good

Perfect
Full disclosure, I restore muscle cars as a hobby as I get older I don't strength to be handling heavy transmissions. I work in a residential home that has a four post lift in the garage so this jack worked perfectly for my needs. It came in one box and all the parts heavily power coated, all hardware is metric, so be prepared during assembly that you will need metric tools including the 14mm allen key for the base leg bolts. There are very basic assembly directions but if your mechanic or mechanically inclined you can figure this out without any issues. It is very steady when fully extending and holding heavy cast iron 4 speed transmission. Easy to rise and lower especially slow lowering positioning control. I feel it is well worth the money!

Leaks Jack Fluid
Leaks jack fluid right out of the box. Faulty defective first time used to lower fuel tank (empty tank) 8lbs leaked terribly.

Cant be beat
Dont be fooled by the negative review this is a great trans jack. I run an automotive shop and have other trans jacks twice the price off this one and for the price this cant be beat will be buying more. Package came in a wood box very well packed. Only complain is the instruction are bad, just a piece of paper and thats it and it doesnt lift as high as i hoped but its nothing really. My other jack that cost $810 each just lifts one inch or so more. Its extremly easy to assemble just look at the photos and thats it. thanks guys for a great product
