Very effective.
These patches serve me better than the gel. Especially for my degenerative disc in my lower back. Like ALL patches of this nature I just wish they were extra sticky to stay on longer.

Great product
Bought for my husbands shoulder pain. Said this is the only thing that works. He puts them on at night before going to bed. They don’t pull off while sleeping and he feels this gives the most pain relief! Great value for 3 pack because he usually pays so much more in store
