Q: is this good for fissure

If it is an anal fissure, I doubt it was caused by a fungal infection. We generally recommend Terrasil Anti-Bacterial Skin Repair or Terrasil Wound Care ointment for anal fissures.

Q: Will this cure white spots in the body that are spreading I believe it is Pityriasis versicolor.

Best results are achieved when the product is used twice a day every day. Most people see results in 3 to 8 weeks. If you have white spots, it may take longer for the pigment to come back, even if the fungus is cleared up.

I don't know anything about skin coloring agents. I just know it works. Plus maintaining a proper diet helps as well.
