Columbia Women's Newton Ridge Plus Waterproof Amped, Elk/Mountain Red, 5.5

I'm usually a size 5 in most brands and bought these in 5.5; they fit perfectly. I have enough wiggle room for a nice wool hike sock. I wore these in the Adirondacks with a wool lite summer hiking sock and they fit well. I sprayed them beforehand with waterproof spray for extra coverage and these worked like a CHARM. I was stepping in mud and puddles, it was raining, and the mud slid off them like it hadn't even touched them. They didn't even need breaking in, they felt comfortable as if they were made specifically for my foot. No blisters or anything. Survived a 9 hour hike in them and can't wait to keep using them!!! THEY ARE A MUST BUY.

I had to return the first pair I purchased because my orthotics would not fit in them. They are the correct size, I just didn't realize how big my shoes need to be to fit these orthotics. The larger boots fit perfect and are extremely comfortable. I look forward to hiking this summer in my new boots!

These were perfect for hiking/camping this October. My only beef would be that one of the rivet hooks popped out when lacing them. Hoping my hubby can fix it since they were not cheap boots.

I love these boots...however God gave me, a 57 year old woman...Children's size feet. Boots are way to long, but not wide enough. No fault of yours at all. Other than my dumb little feet...I absolutely 💯 % Love these boots.

Very comfortable! I wore these boots hiking and walking around all day for two weeks.

Went on a 13 mile hike with 3000+ elevation gain wearing these and came out with two blisters on each foot. The fit is wide (probably to accommodate for the swelling one endures during a hike). Overall, I wouldn't wear these again for anything longer than 5 miles.
