These are super easy to take daily, especially if taking tablets is difficult for you. They absolutely work for hair growth both in thickness and length. I've taken these gummies for years, but I believe I started seeing solid results in hair growth at about the 6 month mark. By-the-way, the flavor is way better than most supplement gummies I've tried.

These gummies are the perfect substitute for vegamour hair gummies. They have all the same ingredients in the same amounts, are a lot less expensive and are sugar-free! The only downside is they don't taste as good, but what can you expect for sugar free. They still taste pretty good, though. I just got these, so it's too soon to say whether they work as well, but I don't see why they wouldn't. I'll update my review if that changes.
