Q: does anyone know the name or a tool kit that has the alignment tool to line up the holes at the spring hinge?

Q: Does this kit have a 3mm head diameter flathead drive screw?

Screws are sized by the part with the threads on it, not by the head. Different head sizes will work with the same size, so you might work with a 2.5 mm head with no problem as long as the threads match. Good luck.
