Is it delaut a cartridge all details listed in manual including is safety and best structure how to use it for sure in cost a lot but honestly when you saving a labor time in your production 10 times faster which is really great. The sprinter comes with charger and battery life so long whole week was enough on one charge. Prints Clean invisible even on cheap cardboard or plastic. Wow really? I've used several styles of handheld printers and this one is far and above passes them all! It’s the perfect size and weight. It’s the perfect packaging. It prints super clear. It can print multiple lines, up to 5 lines. It can select to print multiple types. (text, barcode, QR code, tag, etc ) The font size go from 2.5mm-12.7mm, and it comes with black ink cartridge. Don’t listen to these people complaining of things like“bad quality product”blah blah blah. I also have some problems during use, but the customer service is very helpful and quickly answer me. I personally suggest that if pay attention to the protection of the ink cartridge, the handheld printer will work very stably. In short, I am very satisfied with this Bentsai handheld printer.

Is there anyone who can show me how to have a readable Barcode?????!! No quality at all!!!! Anyone who can show it live video that the barcode is readable!! 100 times I’m trying is not readable trying to change all the times the settings!! But nothing at all!! Is not doing his job!! I asked the owners but looks like they do not have answer for me! I just need to print readable barcodes!! Don’t wanna return don’t wanna any money back! Just need that what u advertising nothing more than that!! Please tell me how to get readable barcodes!!

Overall the product does as advertised. However, there are a few issues: 1. The instruction book is not very user friendly and the display options are not very intuitive. It seems as though the programming could be updated; 2. It works best on very flat surfaces. Slight bumps in the surfaces do not receive the ink very well' 3. Not all plastics accept the ink. Also, the amount of pressure that you apply can affect the printing; However, if I had to do it again, I would definitely make this purchase.

My business was looking for a permanent solution to put barcodes and QR codes on products of all different shapes and sizes. Trying to find a company to do this, or buying labels and the manpower required to place these on the inventory would've cost a fortune. This handheld printer is very versatile and offers a range of ink colors, including white. It's very easy to use and is a lot of fun to work with. It's very competitive on pricing, but once you get it setup, you'll be happy you got it.

Everything works well but uploading fonts won’t work no matter the file type. wish there was more documentation on this or someone to contact to help

The product is packaged in a nice metal box, seems professional. It does it's job pretty good, the quality is great, BUT it's hard figuring out what's what, how to use how to operate etc. I purchased this to print on curvy plastic and eventually couldn't do the job, so I had to return it. The user manual it has doesn't say much about it. I wish it had more detailed user manual showing everything about the product.

This is actually my 2nd purchase of this hand held printer. we have been using the 1st one for about 8 mos and its been perfect. We found so many uses that it made sense to buy a 2nd. Saves the time, energy and labor to print box labels. Program in the unit code and hit print, that's it! Ink is a little pricey but i have to share we were shocked at how long it lasted. Battery lasts for a few hours and we charge/use on the fly. Thousands of boxes were printed on the 1st cartridge so I feel like we got our monies worth. It also comes in an awesome hard metal storage case, with quite a few attachments so my vote: Definite thumbs up.
