It does it job high winds and heavy rain it kept me dry and warm. It would go over my rubber boots with no problem. No issues bending over, climbing up railcars ,and my jeans stay dry . Worth every penny.

I purchased this item previously having the yellow color in a size medium through a job program that provides us with ppe(personal protection equipment) apparel once a year. Although the care instructions says "machine wash" when following care instructions as recommended, then entire inside of the rain trousers shredded making the trousers useless. So I decided to purchase the exact trousers not included in my employer's program that was solely funded by me,the same fate was met,with the second pair of trousers shredded to pieces when following specific care instructions. Im not sure where the care instructions got misconstrued, but,having this material shredded to pieces is of the inevitable and the makers of this product should replace at no cost to the customer when following specific care instructions. Money wasted.
