Too generic was looking for specific mixtures for personal hygiene and oral administration. Link at the back of book promising personal care hacks doesn’t work. I could have gotten all this info with a couple of Google searches.

This book is not worth the price. It is more of a pamphlet than a book. There are about 28 pages total. About 14 or 15 of them constitute the actual substance. The rest consist of titles, contents, introduction, etc. I would not recommend buying this. I would suggest looking for a different book or going on line for information.

This book is so basic it is boring and unnecessary. I read through it in 15 minutes, there is nothing of value to he found in this book unless you don't have access to the internet

Not very well written, but the information seems valuable.

This is not a book, it is nothing more than a leaflet and a poor excuse of a leaflet at best. I was shocked at the price for such a poor product.....all 28 pages of it. The pages look like they have been printed on a home printer.....which was running out of ink. I can only assume that the reviews where left by the person who wrote this, or people they know as I do not know anyone who would leave such reviews for 28 pages of rubbish. If I could leave no stars I would, very misleading and should be taken off sale.

Excellent and clear description of hydrogen peroxide uses.Well worth keeping this reference booklet to hand for numerable occasions. Would make a very useful present for new home owners.
