Bought this to aid with my scar therapy from acne as my skin is prone to hyperpigmentation. This has really helped! I use once a day with 10 mins on each colour setting and have no issues! I usually plug this into a portable charger for portability when using.Only negative is I find the nose rest to be quite uncomfortable although jelly/silicone coated and often have to rest with face mask supported on the side of the sofa or pillow for example to take the weight off my nose - only for 30 mins a day though so really not too bad at all.The extra long micro usb cable it comes with is great too and versatile with other products!

I am impressed by this, I saw and felt a difference after the first use, even a friend asked if I had had fillers as my face looked very youthful.My major annoyance is the woeful lack of instructions on how to use ( the one in the box gives no info on usage) , how often to use the item etc ??? But otherwise I am delighted and I am 60 so really wasn’t expecting much .

I recommend wearing eye protection though as my eyes were starting to feel soar after a few uses. Doesn’t seem anywhere near as god as the salon one. There’s not enough lights on it. I would go for a mask with more lights

Doesn’t work.Bought this for my daughter due teenage acne. You can imagine her disappointment when it didn’t work. She was looking forward to a clearer skin.I am not impressed.

Neatly presented item. I was able to put it on straight away and pressed the button on the side and got the infrared straight away. It had been precharged already but is easy to recharge. I went into town and used it as a covid mask, without any of the three lights on of course. I experimented with all three colours and found the blue light makes my eyes water if I don't close them. It proved to me the mask does have some effect at least and I view the experience as a positive reassurance. Ideal for those of us on a tight budget. I have become a devotee of Amazon for my cosmetic range. You must use this mask for months to get any effect I understand, but this ritual is easy to perform. That is all I can offer at this stage.

Love it! I’ve been using it for almost two weeks now and my skin looks so much better than it did before. The light therapy effectiveness isn’t the same as the ones you get in clinics so it may take a longer period before you notice any results. For me I noticed visible results a week and a few days after.

Not to sure if we've noticed any results but could double up as ppe equipment at the same time

Excellent design, perfect quality on first sight...it worked perfectly few times, then the battery maybe went off....tried to recharge it but either with connector or without it doesn't work anymore...Very disappointed! Extremely poor performance for well designed device.
