Superb! I LOVE it an unnatural amount!!!!!
I had originally purchased an Eureka i300 robot vacuum a few weeks ago as it had been reduced in price to just under £100, so I treated myself. It was supposed to map the room, avoid obstacles, have a timer etc. none of which actually worked so I sent it back.Because I was so disappointed, and due to health issues, I cannot always use my manual vacuums, I ordered this one (again at a reduced bargain price, my favourite kind)!Immediately on opening, this one seemed like a much better quality product, it seems to be of a sturdier, heavier build quality, less "plasticky" seeming, and has a much sleeker design.Even the instruction manual is written to a higher standard. The Eureka read like those cheap flat pack furniture instructions that have been badly translated using random words that made little sense. This one is clearly and carefully laid out, the instructions actually MAKE SENSE, and are easy to follow.Again the remote control is also of a good quality and weight, small and comfortable to hold in the palm of your hand, Eufy have put thought into their design. The clock and timer features are also easy to program, it only takes a minute (literally) on the remote control. But most importantly, IT WORKS! Really well in fact. I gave it a quick single room test drive just to check it would actually work, after my previous TERRIBLE experience, and, even though I had already done a quick clean with my Henry vacuum earlier in the day, my lovely shiny new Eufy still picked up some dirt from just the lounge area, even though I had sent him to his home only part way through the cycle (photo to come - it's on my computer and I'm on my phone)! But as I also wanted to check if the timer worked I set that for later the same day - my special little helper managed to pick up even more dirt!He manages to avoid a good many obstacles, not all, certainly more than Eureka i300 ever did. He sees light coloured things better than dark, but once he has gone into an obstacle he doesn't keep head butting it, which is also a vast improvement. By the by I do know I am calling him "he" like it's a puppy, I apologised for being in his way earlier!Whilst you cannot create a barrier to stop it from going into certain areas I have found you can block off areas by placing light coloured obstacles in its way which it will avoid. I didn't want it to go in the kitchen so placed my white mop bucket and a cream shopping bag in front of the entry and it avoided the kitchen after that. The timer went off without a hitch, first go, no problems, Eufy/Anker you have a very satisfied customer here. I have bought Anker before and had believed their products to be of high quality, my opinion has only been reinforced with this robot vacuum (pretend pet).

Don't watch it - it will drive you mad :-D!
Got this little beauty on a lightning deal :) saving me a few quid. We've named it after a friend who used to walk home from the pub after a session, aimlessly bouncing off things but who always got there in the end! No, seriously, this thing does seem to wander about aimlessly but it does the job. It works best if you can clear the floor of clutter, especially trailing wires or shoe laces! This is not a wi-fi version (that would have been cool and Eufy do make wi-fi controlled ones you can "talk" to via their phone app but they're a bit more expensive) but the remote control is very useful. You can choose operation mode and suction power and you can "drive" it to where you want it to clean or back it out of trouble. It does super-suction edge cleaning and you can put it into zig-zag (single room) mode if you don't want it to work on auto. Great on laminate or wood floors and negotiates the thresholds pretty easily. Unfortunately, I can't go out and leave it to it as we have very sloping chair legs (Barcelona chairs) and it maroons itself up one until it bleats for help. When it's done or runs out of juice, it finds its way home to its charging station. There's a button on the remote to send it home as well. All in all, I'm very pleased with it although it's a tad noisier than I expected. I just have to learn to let it do its own thing otherwise I may as well go round with a conventional vacuum cleaner! But that's my fault not the machine's :-P

LIke it much more than I thought I would! I'd say 4.5 stars
I thought, what would I need one of those for, when I have a perfectly good hoover? But from its first try-out, I saw the point. I can have the whole house hoovered, every day, without having to do a thing except press the start button - this has to keep the dust down, generally. It makes some noise, obviously, but as you can set it to work when you're not there, that's not a problem - and you can always just shut the door of the room you're currently in.It picks up well, and is easy to empty and maintain, and I'd say it's a GREAT idea for anyone who has back problems; I do, slightly, so I do appreciate this. I particularly like the corner feature - the press of the button, and it just goes round all the edges.A good buy.

Better Suction Than The Eufy 11
This one actually collects dirt from between the floor tiles whereas the Eufy 11 did not! Other than that it has the same functions as Eufy 11 apart from the stronger suction. I needed this as I am disabled and & have poor mobility & am unstable on my feet. I like that I can use it solely to target a specific area using the remote control instead of the whole lower floor. It self-docks when it starts to lose power. So it can clean flooring whether or not I am at home. Hoping it lasts a good few years too. I didn't need one that it compatible with ~Alexa.
