So ethier the threads on the banjo bolts the go into the cooler are not matching the bolts other that That pretty straight forward if you’re mechanically inclined you’ll be able to do it no instruction the also include a syringe and 1/2 inc of helix tubing for priming now I using this on my fully built gy6 150cc moped and yes it Fit you jus needa know we’re to put it to make sure it’s getting direct air flow for best results no leaks so far 3 days in quality the fins aren’t crazy durable opening the box I bent two lol in my opinion you definitely get your value for money

Product came with dented fins on rad, box was nearly destroyed in shipping so is sorta expected. This uses non standard banjo bolts on the lines. They cannot be replaced. Check ur sizes. Also. The "oil plug" mounting is kinda dumb. Wanted to use on my case. Which has standard oil ports already, the 2 small ends on the lines will not fit.

I dont know Chinese and the instructions have the worst photos, but it was easy to install, maybe 25 minutes. Dont over torque, its chinesium. Remember to prime the lines AND the radiator itself with oil. I think I have 1liter total 5w30 in the system and when its cold the dipstick is roughly half an inch overfilled, but when it's up to temperature it reads perfectly fine at the top of the hash marks.

This works on a gy6 50cc It has everything needed to upgrade the OIL cooling.

Not a bad little kit minus the fact nothing fit as described and the filter housing was threaded crooked and refused to seal. Good luck 👍
