Q: Is this UL3507 certified?

Yes...can be used in damp conditions.... Florida humidity for the past few years has no effect on the fan.

Q: For all who are using for horses: would you suggest one per stall?

I don't have any horses but I will tell you that with the three speeds, you could either use this fan for one or two stalls in my opinion. One fan cools a least a 10foot space at the 2nd speed. Great fans and very quiet! I have six strategically placed in about 2000 sq feet of restaurant.

Q: Same question. I want it for outdoor patio and it will get wet. Can it be used outside?

Not an answer, but a question...did you find a fan which is UL rated for wet locations? I'm looking for one that will be on our patio outdoors as well and can't seem to find anything here on Amazon.

Q: Can I swivel the fan all the way around? 180 degrees?

Yes, from top to bottom it will swivel all the way around inside the mounting bracket.
