Easy to use when pelvis out of alignment. The Pelvi pro helps for positioning pelvis slightly up from the floor then placing arm on my left side of protruding Pelvis, keeping in position whilst continuing with exercise to realign. It works every time eliminating the pain, no more aches as the days go by.

I have suffered for many years with lower back pain and subsequently spent a lot of money and time trying to get it sorted. When I visited Chris for physio he diagnosed a hip misalignment and suggested I try the pelvipro to help keep my hips aligned. It has been amazing! I've been using this for 7 days now, twice a day, probably 4 mins each time. It definitely helps to realign the pelvis and you can understand how it works when you try it out.I used to have crazy lower back pain when first waking up, and would have to use a tough back roller to massage out my tight lower back.Now I wake up and the pain is 98% gone. This item is an utter waste of money,can't believe i fell for it...was hoping to get some pain relief it as actually made my back worse,so after a week it went in the bin before anymore damage was caused to my back.....remember the saying"if it seems to good to be true,it usually is"…..I'll stick with physio from a professional,not this heap of expensive junk
