Gtechniq Panel Wipe for Car Cleaning, 8.5 fl oz

I tried my own robbing alcohol and distilled water, it works but can be a little harsh if the mix is off. I use this as part of the total care with gtechniq Serum, EXO v5, and to clean up where the chemical guys VRO sometimes runs.

Good product to have to clean up painted exterior panels before applying wax or sealant.

I've used probably 5 different panel wipes and CarPro Eraser, Gyeon Prep, and this Gtechniq Panel Wipe are all 5 stars, with this one being probably the best. Eraser smells better but that's a very minor consideration. I just get whatever is cheaper. When polishing, it's worth it to me for the extra lubricity and slower flash time than using an isopropyl water mix.

Before I refresh my paint with another coating of actually cheaper, over-the-counter ceramic spray, I feel like this really helps get every bit of debris off the car so it’s well worth it to me. By the way, I did originally coat the car and the G technique ceramic coating and I’m very pleased with it.

Works fine, smells nasty. Does the job very well- although i think a mix of alcohol and distilled water would produce about the same im guessing. Spay bottle was leaking. Seems to be a gtech thing.

I like this product. It did a fantastic job prepping my bike for ceramic coating.

Bought this primarily for cleaning and degreasing panels before applying vinyl rather than for detailing, and it's been excellent for the job. It removes polish residue, grease, fingerprints and other contamination from the surface and leaves the panel feeling properly clean with no obvious residue behind. This gives the vinyl a much better surface to adhere to and saves messing around with weaker cleaners. It's also useful when preparing paintwork before applying coatings or sealants, so it's handy to have around for general detailing work as well. A little goes a reasonably long way, and I've found it works best applied to a clean microfibre rather than absolutely soaking the panel. Really effective panel cleaner and now my go-to for final preparation before applying vinyl.
