Great water bottle for the gym or on the go
I decided to retire my old CamelBak Podium bottle when it became too difficult to clean. This bottle is great! I like that it has a lid for the spout to help keep it clean if it gets bumped or dropped at the gym. It's easy to clean inside too as it comes apart easily and is not too difficult to reassemble. It doesn't keep the drink cold for the whole day, but does keep it cool for several hours. Overall, I highly recommend this water bottle.

Solid Waterbottle
I bought this water bottle because I started going to spin class and needed a sports water bottle. This worked really well but I had two drawbacks for me:1. It doesn't hold enough water for me. I get REALLY dehydrated and I needed more water in the spin class.2. I find the little cap at the top annoying and just threw it away. The water bottle twists to lock and prevent spilling ant that worked enough for me. Opening that cap added an extra step and was another thing that got lost in the dishwasher.Overall really good water bottle. I think it would be better for use on bike rides. I am going to get a larger version of the same brand.

Plastic smell, finicky with bike cage, but otherwise very nice.
I purchased this specifically for the jet valve and dirt cap. I don’t want anything nasty contaminating where I put my mouth to drink water, and as a bicyclist and marching band student, need a quick and easy way to access water. Regular screw top bottles are clunky and require stopping what you’re doing to drink. At 25 oz., this is a great size for me, plus with a layer of insulation will keep the Florida sun from boiling my water just a little bit longer. Do not purchase this solely for insulation, plastic is not meant to replace metal, and a stainless steel vacuum sealed bottle will suit you much better. The triangular shape I don’t mind, but in my bike cage I’m not sure how much I trust it. I use the stock one on my Trek FX2, and if positioned right it works fine, but I worry if I’m riding it can get bumped and fall into an unsavory position. Not a big deal. though. For me, the tough rubber nozzle was difficult to remove and put back on, but it isn’t very necessary to take off anyways. Locking mechanism takes a bit of getting used to because it is stiff, but again not major.Main gripe is the plastic odor. Washed thoroughly with hot soapy water and smell still remains on lid pieces. Makes water taste the barest hint of it, too.All in all very happy with my purchase, jet valve is great, just wish it didn’t smell. Makes me feel a little sick.--- Edit ---Used for a few weeks now, and love it, only problem is that it needs to be washed frequently. Nozzle will start to smell like mold after a week or so, I'd wash every other day to be safe.

Well-made, like other bottles from this brand, good profile for weak/sore hands
I have about a half dozen older Camelbak insulated workout bottles, and I really love them for working out. If they flip over, no mess like you get with a lot of pull-top bottles. A couple of my older bottles disappeared, so I ordered a few new ones, including this one. I like the triangular profile on the lower section, which makes it a little easier to hold, especially if you’ve been lifting a lot or your hands are tired/sore. This may be useful for folks with arthritis, too.The flip cover is soft silicone and comes in handy for keeping the mouthpiece clean. The new wider-mouth jet valve is nice, too, and I love that you can disassemble the whole thing for cleaning. That is a major improvement. The insulation is similar to the other bottles in the line: it helps keep things cool, but it’s not going to keep your drink freezing cold for hours. It DOES extend the time it takes for a drink to warm up, just not in the way that a pricey vacuum insulated tumbler would.I’ve had several of the older design bottles for 4-5 years, and they really hold up well. I strongly recommend the brand. Grab this model if the triangular profile sounds like something that would be helpful.

Keeps your beverage cold, but shape is weird
Camel back is a reliable product. Water bottleKeep your beverage of choice cold and leakproof. The bottles themselves are bigger than the standard for your long workouts. The one downfall of these bottles Is the shape. These aren’t the best for cycling 🚴♀️ and especially not for long rides.I brought two of them along on my gravel bike, full disclosure the bottles were mounted to the front fork. Both bottles fell out at some point.I used a cliff bar to wedge them in, not ideal.

Not great for cycling
I bought these to replace my old school bottles that had no insulation. Wanted bottles that kept my water colder on hot days. It does that. My issue with them are 2 things and this is solely coming from a cyclists point of view. There are too many steps to get to the water. First you have open the rubber cover then twist open the valve. Pain in the ass and dangerous to do while you riding and takes too long while you're waiting at a light. My old bottles I could just open the pop up valve with my teeth and drink. Second, they don't fit well in the cages due to the skinny bottom. They tend to move around a lot during rides. Also, they're too long. My legs are constantly brushing up against them. I gotta find an insulated bottle that has the same dimensions as my old ones and with the simple pop up top. Until then, back to my old bottles.

Good Waterbottle
I don't regret buying this bottle. Unlike most of the reviewers, I don't have a problem with the triangular shape; I'm kind of neutral. I was worried that the bottle would fall over, but I've never had that problem unless it was completely empty. I haven't bought a bottle brush yet. Regardless, I haven't had too much of an issue cleaning this product — I can stick my entire hand inside if necessary. I can't speak to cleaning the bottle after drinking other liquids besides water because I've never tried that and probably never will since I don't have a dish washer in my apartment. The other aspect of this product that I appreciate is the water valve because it doesn't have a funny smell after a few sips of water. Thanks, CamelBak, for making such an affordable product!
