Excellent under counter fridge!
Bought it to replace an old Sears model that had condensation issues. Pros: 1. Big, and very very solid. I got one 24" wide and it did not disappoint. Metal shelves that are extremely sturdy. Lots of shelves (maybe even too many?) you could space them about every 5 inches or so... I think it's intended as a wine fridge. 2. Vents to the front--good for under counter slide in applications where you don't want heat build up behind the unit. 3. Good temperature control. 4. Really quiet. Unit is pretty quiet when running. The bonus is that it is SILENT! when it's at temperature (compressor appears to shut off entirely). Never realized how dang loud my previous unit was. 5. Has wine bottle shaped molded bottom, so with all the shelves in place, in addition to that, you can put 5-6 wine bottles at the very bottom of the unit. 6. Nice LED light inside. 7. It's pretty. Stainless steel, glass doors. Comments: 1. Temp only goes down to 38. This is fine, but not quite ice cold. On the other hand, no icing up. :-) 2. Shaped bottom is not quite as cold as the rest of the fridge. Wine in the bottom is probably in the low 40s--it's next to the compressor etc... 3. Sorta pricey. Designer examples are about $1K, so it's less than that. Seems extremely sturdy and it looks great, so I'd rate it as a good value.

Excellent undercounter refrigerator
We've had this refrigerator for about 12 months. It has performed very well, we've had no problems with it. We use it as an undercounter refrigerator in a study/home office. While we keep bottled water in it, we use it primarily to keep fruit and other snack type food items readily available. The pull-out wire shelves are nice, making items at the back easier to retrieve. However, because they are not solid, it also makes it difficult to get some items we keep completely upright. The inside of the unit is black, which is quite "sexy" (if one can characterize the inside of a cooler in such a manner). But it also makes it somewhat difficult to see what is inside. (This unit replaced an undercounter refrigerator that we had for several years that had a white interior. The older unit was much easier to see into.) The new unit has an interior light but unlike a typical refrigerator, the light does not come on when the door is opened and go off when it is closed. It is either on all the time or off all the time. And even when the light is on, it doesn't really provide much illumination. But despite the lopsided storage of some items and the poor interior visibility, I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

Looks great, stylish, but simply doesn't cool properly.
Arrived well packed and no damage. I let it set the requisite 24 hours to let the freon settle and then plug it in. I noticed after a couple of days that it didn't seem to be cooling the cans down to the same level as the thermostat setting. So I bought a inexpensive interior refrigerator thermometer. And I was right... It doesn't cool properly. As you can see on the picture The thermostat was set to 38° f while the actual temperature measured by the thermometer was 44° f some days it would go as high as 48 to 50° f. This is hugely disappointing considering the unit is otherwise well made. I noticed the number of reviews that had similar problems. There's no amount of customer support that can fix this so I ended up just returning it. Please also note that I bought the matching wine chiller as a bundled set deal from Amazon. I had the exact same problems with the wine chiller. And to boot, The size of the cabinets vertically is not the same between the two units even though they made by the same company and offered as a package deal. As you'll notice in the picture of both units I ended up having to put shims on the bottom made out of wood in order to get the top cabinet height the same. This is really poor quality on the part of the company..Kalamera. When you get two units as a bundled set and they both fail to cool properly and they don't even match sizewise, you know the company has some real problems.

Bought twice now, would buy again at this price point
I did a ton of research on beverage coolers because I've had cheap ones and they are usually too noisy for my liking. After the remodel I realized a new fridge was in order and since it was going to be 10' or so from where we sit to watch TV the big selling point was going to be noise and quality. After my research I landed on this brand. I initially spent $700 back in 2017 for this model and was very happy with it. Never hear it and always kept temp. Fast forward to 2023 and it dies..... I was surprised to say the least since I had multiple buddies buy from this brand in all shapes and sizes (fridges, not my friends) and they were all still working like day one. Being a mechanic in my old life I decided to tear into it. First and foremost, compared to other fridges the build quality is leaps and bounds above anything at this price. I tested everything down to the relays, overload protectors, circuit boards, inspected the fans, etc etc... in comparison to my old fridges from Danby, Insignia, some other junk I bought, this thing is obviously using top quality parts... and go figure everything I looked at checked out to be working just fine. I eventually found a small hole in a portion of the coil that had a hole in it and leaked freon out..... there was a stain under the fridge but I always thought it was a spilt beverage of sorts... I liked this fridge so much I looked into buying the kit to recharge the compressor and figure out how to braise the copper pipe section back to new BUT amazon happened to have a "deal" on it at $540 so I threw that idea out the window and bought a second one to replace it! So am I bummed that the coil sprung a leak, sure. But am I happy enough with it to buy a second at this price, absolutely! Especially after tearing into the back side and finding the exceptional quality at this price!
