This is hands-down the best natural flu product I’ve found! It really knocks out my symptoms without any of the drowsy side effects you get from other brands. I’ve found that taking it exactly as directed on the label gives the best results. A must-have for the medicine cabinet!

I was a bit skeptical when a co-worker suggested these. But I kid you not, I could tell I was starting to get sick (nose running, headache, etc.) and I started taking them. I went with another person's suggestion on the reviews to take 4 initially (melt them under my tongue), and then I just kept taking 1 every 30-60 minutes (or whenever I'd remember, lol), and the first night when I knew I was fighting something, I kept them on my nightstand, and during the night if I woke, I'd grab one and put it under my tongue, so probably did 2 or 3 during the night. And it went away! That rarely happens for me... when I start getting sick, it usually gets its claws into me and doesn't let go. There was a 2nd incident when I woke with a sore throat, and I started taking these again. It went away. I ordered a second bottle to keep on hand for when this one runs out! UPDATE: It's been 3 months... I am so glad I kept these in my purse, because everyone at my office was getting sick, and I started to feel something coming on. I started taking these, and once again I was able to fight it off. I will keep this stocked up for sure!

I've used Hyland's Complete Flu Care for years when I've felt a cold coming on, and this one ingredient seemed the most important of the list it included. Since I couldn't get the Hyland's, I looked to BHI, and found this remedy, which is quite impressive to me since it also has phosphorus, a remedy which always helps me when I have congestion due to a cold or allergy. Right now, during this point in time when the Coronavirus is "on the loose," I'm taking one of the BHI Flu tablets whenever I go to the store (which is normally once a week or so). It's just one more precaution, I feel, in addition to staying away from crowds and washing/sanitizing my hands in order to stay healthy.

I have been taking this every fall and winter for 8+ years. I have only had a mild case of the flu once in that time and that was a couple of years ago. I take it daily as a preventative. I highly recommend it.

Unbelievable product so fabulous dissolve tablet under tongue lasts for a long time one dose. Showed the product to my primary physician he didn’t say anything at all since they are so used to writing prescriptions from big Pharma. Certainly give it a try I think you’ll be amazed.
