If you are speaking of if something is spilled on it, yes. As for how long will it float on water, not sure.

To those of you who have found a "perfect tray" that fits this bag, what are you using?

The tray included is not for product. I ditched since I already had a tray that I found at my hometown gas station before I got this bag. IT FITS PERFECT! I always leave stickers on so I searched "263054810104" its a large storage trays from ufcorporationinc. Good luck.

Will one quart Mason jar fit standing up the 6.5 way what are inside dimensions

It’s about 5 inches tall in the inside

The title says it comes with a combination lock but i don't see one in the photos or description. Is a lock included?

Yes, mine came with a lock. I googled “how to set combination lock” and the instructions to turn the unlocked latch 90 degrees then set the code worked for me.
