Great product - really does work well
These really do work. Great value. Normally suffer bad knee pain on steep downhill walks, but no pain at all when using this support

It works - consider your options.
I like that’s it’s adjustable and it works to an extend. You can feel the support and it does help to rid some discomfort. However compared to the compression sleeves available it’s not as effective.This item does work but I would recommend buying the compression sleeves instead.

Helps with Hypermobility in the Knees
Have been struggling with pain in the left knee cap, I'm much weaker on this side and have hypermobility so have been having physio to help strengthen the knee and hip. She suggested a brace like this but only to wear when I needed the extra help like on a long walk or standing around a lot. They came with a larger strap and a smaller one. I wear leggings a lot and they fit very comfortably over the top of them and don't budge at all. When in shorts I can feel the brace digging in a little bit more around the back of the knee but it's not too uncomfortable. It really does feel more supported and helps my knee not feel so loose and allows me to move without feeling any pain. The welcome is strong and seems like it will last.

How to use it and how to prove its worth. I'm still working in it and intend to talk to my GP about it. It is quite comfortable to ware but I'm not sure it doesn't slip.
