Helps with Hypermobility in the Knees
Have been struggling with pain in the left knee cap, I'm much weaker on this side and have hypermobility so have been having physio to help strengthen the knee and hip. She suggested a brace like this but only to wear when I needed the extra help like on a long walk or standing around a lot. They came with a larger strap and a smaller one. I wear leggings a lot and they fit very comfortably over the top of them and don't budge at all. When in shorts I can feel the brace digging in a little bit more around the back of the knee but it's not too uncomfortable. It really does feel more supported and helps my knee not feel so loose and allows me to move without feeling any pain. The welcome is strong and seems like it will last.

Game changer
First pain free day in a week (for the most part). More comfortable than a standard full knee support, obviously not as restrictive (has its specific purpose).Used the smaller strap, to get a good tight compression about an inch under one cap. I found it more comfortable than overlapping the large strap and barely noticeable under trousers.Velcro straps stay put, I have adjusted positioning/compression as you would every other knee support/strap as the days goes by. Not tired any exercise in it yet but for typical mobility, it honestly has been a game changer. Steep stairs still some pain but considering the pain I was in without it I wish I had got one sooner.

Strap sizing
The strap sizes are off. The child size was necessary for underneath my knee. The large ones ended up being crossed over which was uncomfortable. The child ones a little too tight. After a few uses they did stretch, so the child size became wearable but the large size ended up being a waste. I am an average sized/build male.

It works - consider your options.
I like that’s it’s adjustable and it works to an extend. You can feel the support and it does help to rid some discomfort. However compared to the compression sleeves available it’s not as effective.This item does work but I would recommend buying the compression sleeves instead.

Comfortable to wear.
Helps with my knee problem and comfortable to wear. Not a cure but support when needed and good value.
