Thank you for contacting Thule. According to fit testing, the Thule ProRide XT is compatible with the factory-installed crossbars on the Lexus UX. Thule does not offer a two-bike version of our roof-mounted bike racks, though you can usually fit two of them side-by-side on most roof racks.

Does this fit 27.5 wheeled bikes

I have this rack and 27" wheels and it works fine. It is very adjustable and will take most any size wheel.

Will this fit a 2021 Toyota Highlander?

Thank you for your question. The factory-installed crossbars on the 2021 Toyota Highlander are not rated as compatible with the Thule ProRide XT mounting hardware. The crossbars are compatible, however, with the Thule UpRide, TopRide, and FastRide bike rack systems.
