This works perfect. Thursday, Dec 22nd, when the midwest had the blizzard, we lost electricity for 10 hours straight and then off/on for an additional 5 hours. My husband hooked this fan up to a pipe on our fireplace to blow heat and keep us warm on the negative temps.

I had a inkbird temperature controller but the blower was too small. So I used the inkbird controller to control this blower. I got a voltage regulator to increase the voltage to run smoother. I've used it a few times and it works strong!

This fan really blows. I mean that in a great way. Get what you pay for.

Just got this so did a Hurry up First review. The secret is the variable voltage D.C. Motor. Adapter Fan control lets you turn down so low will barely blow out a candle. Full power blows like a Vacuum cleaner exhaust. I will use it with an inexpensive ( less than $10 ) electric oven thermostat for my smoker fire box. The Bad thing about it, the legs did not come pre-drilled for mounting. They are thick steel than the rest, great care must be taken not to break any TIG welds or bend the Fan housing while drilling new holes. Good for a Smoker, etc., not recommended for Heating and Cooling system. Mine came with an extension tube, battery clips run fan at full Blast 12 Volt power and no adjustable inlet like the web site picture. Beautiful Blue-Green paint. Love how it looks, should be fine for what I needed.

This thing is amazing! I bought it in 2020 and did not expect much. This thing has been left out in the rain multiple times, and been used hundreds of hours. It is perfect for stoking a fire or getting my temps up a little higher. I have been thoroughly impressed. As you can see from the photo, it's been through a lot and still works exactly the way that it did when I got it.

I like this little blower it seems to work fine, but my first one was DOA I believe the controller was bad. The second one I received as a replacement work for about 2 weeks then you have to mess with it to get it to blow different speeds. Basically you have to start real slow at the low end setting and gradually increase the speed. But it's proven to be undependable.

We built a wood fired sauna and were having trouble getting some of the hardwoods to start and stay lit. Bought this to help get it going and it is a game changer. It solved our problem and helps us get roaring fires going every morning before work. Highly recommend; great bang for the buck.
