Zoégas Mollbergs Blandning ground coffee is Zoégas very finest blend. The blend is over a hundred years old and considered to be perfected for connoisseurs and dark roast lovers. One of the secrets is the unusually high percentage of Arabica beans from Kenya's highlands. 1903 asked the then chef at Hotel Mollberg in Helsingborg, his good friend merchant Johan Zoéga, to develop a special coffee blend for him. The now familiar blend has a rich clean scent of blackcurrant with hints of vanilla. The taste is full-bodied with a long delicious aftertaste. The high percentage of Arabica beans allows a darker roast. The coffee is extra strong with good acidity. 450g ground coffee Review: Rich, robust coffee! Dark roast Scandinavian coffee. If you prefer a dark, rich, robust flavor in coffee then this coffee is for you. Was introduced to me by a Swedish friend. I use pour over method brewing and this brings out the flavor. A French press is even better for brewing this coffee. You won’t be disappointed.
