This is the second phone I buy in amazon in a two week period.The first one was renewed and it came damage, I could not make phone calls or connect to the internet.Ok, it happens right? what could I say? it was used.I returned it and bought this one. Brand new.Every phone call I make drops. I have had it for over two weeks.There is nothing wrong with the service, it is the phone.I called Amazon customer service and they are not responsable for this, their answer was that they can get me a refund and I can buy another phone.Do I really want to give Amazon another chance?Is this what Amazon is about?I did not go to any webpage, I bought from Amazon, believing they work with serios companies, not with companies that try to scam me selling me damage products.To tell you that I can't even register my phone. It doesn't recognize the IMEI.
