I love this stuff for my granddaughters face. She likes how it feels. I was upset when it was no longer available in store. Amazon never disappoints.

I didn't like it at first, to be honest. My newborn's forhead was so dry and flaky but nothing was working. I bought this because it was raved about. After the first couple applications it was still leaving a thick residue and the dry skin was still there as if it was never absorbed by the skin. Well, on day 3 the dead skin came loose so I wiped it off, gently exfoliating her. Now it's completely cleared up and doesn't leave any residue anymore! I guess her skin was just so dry it needed a few days to fully take effect along with some gentle exfoliation.

This product, though meant for babies, has been the best kept secret for my adult skin. I deal with severe redness and irritation, similar to rosacea or eczema, and this baby balm keeps the redness, burning, and flaking away. It keeps my skin bright, soft, and clear. I use it every morning and most nights on clean skin and my skin remains clear and supple. I've been using it for over a year and can't think of anything else that I would trade it for. My skin stays moisturized without being overly greasy and it has no fragrance, perfume, or dye. I can only imagine if it works this well on my adult skin that it would be perfect for sweet baby skin.

I tried it on my baby when he was 2 months old, and while i hated how it was at first. I kept coming back to it because it was the only thing that worked for my son’s skin. I have used Aveeno, Cetaphil, Burt’s Bee, Cereve, Mustela mutipurpose ointments, none that worked. Every baby is different, but this seemed to have been the ONLY thing to work on my son’s eczema and fat folds. He only has it on his neck and arm pits, and this product reduced inflammation and redness quickly. It goes on like a waxy vaseline type, but skin absorbs it so the shiny or greasy look goes away.

This is my favorite diaper rash cream, I like that it goes on clear and not that thick white goopy mess that most do. No overpowering smell either which is a big plus. Only downside is I seem to run out of it really fast, I wish they filled the bottle fuller. The bottles always seem half filled and for the price, I wish they were 100% filled so it would last longer.

i used this on my 7 month old's thumbs and pointer fingers for about a week and the skin is soft and moisturized again. it's a little oily at first when you apply it, as it melts from warm skin, but that makes for easy application. i like that it doesn't have a scent; reinforces that it only has the necessary ingredients to heal. this will probably last for a long time. i plan on applying it to my baby's face during rough teething days to soothe the skin. very happy with this product. but remember to use it daily to really make a difference in the appearance/health of the skin.

I originally bought this for my baby’s acne. This cleared it up within a few days.My baby has very dry skin on her face and ears, as well as some cradle cap. This ointment does an excellent job as moisturizing her skin and minimizing the flakes. I apply the ointment daily and love it! There is not much of a scent, which I think is great! I would definitely purchase this again for any future babies!

Didn't work for my son. Even when using lots. And super pricey. Switched to substance baby nappy ointment instead and works wayy better. Keeps moisture away and no more rash. Wouldn't buy this one again. Sent it back for return 4 weeks ago and still not refunded either. Not a realistic price point considering how much baby uses too. Tube used up within 2 weeks.
