Love those but watch out for the caffeine
Those are great gels, easy on the stomach, taste good and because they are so liquid you don't really need to drink after it (although I usually do). This one may not be a good gel for long races like marathons or ultras as you'd need quite a few of them, and because each has 100mg of caffeine, you can probably have 2-3 throughout the race. So, it is best to mix them with some other gels.

Best hydrogel ever
Following years of experimenting with different gels for my long distance running I find this one the best - easy to digest, no extra water needed, orange flavour is top.

Too expensive. But otherwise the best such product I am aware of. Easy on the stomach, reasonable amount, user-friendly packaging, taste alright.

Great item, although I wouldn't recommend cherry flavour, it is not tasty.

Um excelente gel, não é preciso acompanhar com água. O sabor é bom e no final fica a boca fresca.

Ich benutze die Produkte von Powerbar schon seit Jahren regelmäßig im Training und Wettkampf und bin von der Qualität, dem Geschmack und der Verträglichkeit absolut überzeugt. Die Gels funktionieren von der ersten bis zur letzten Minuten. Ich hab schon diverse Gels probiert und auch das Öffnen der Gels funktioniert dank der "Fanglasche" einwandfrei. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.

Für meinen Geschmack mit eines der besten von Powerbar. Lässt sich gut öffnen und hat die richtige Konsistenz. Hab andere Gels probiert und hatte danach klebrige Finger, weil der Verschluss bescheiden war.
