Pioneer Photo Storage Boxes, Holds Over 1,100 Photos Up To 4-6 Inches Photo Album-Sage Green

Purchased two of these to use as memory boxes for my kids. They're just the right size to store things like baby blanket, baby hat, photos, etc and reasonably sturdy.

This is your typical photo storage box. It's about the size and shape of a shoe box, but it's a much heavier cardboard, very sturdy. And it's colorful, so you can match your decor. It has a metallic name plate on the front, which you can use to label the contents of the box. (Minor gripe: The name plate doesn't come with a label, even though the photo shows one. This means you'll have to measure and cut a sheet of paper to the right size to fit inside the name plate.)I knew what to expect, since I've bought many of these photo boxes before. Sure, it's basically a glorified shoe box, but it's better quality than any shoe box I've ever had. And it's a solid color, without "Nike" or whatever written all over it. They're great for storing and organizing, not just photos, but tax receipts, sewing and craft supplies, recipe cards, etc. I have at least ten of them in my sewing room, in various colors! I keep works-in-progress in some, spools of ribbons and trims in others, cards of lace in others, and so forth. Really helps keep things neat and organized.I had two complaints with this box. First, the divider cards are very flimsy. They're basically just thick sheets of paper. They arrived all curled up and it's hard to straighten them, too. My second complaint was the color, although this ended up being a blessing in disguise. The photo shows a nice sage green. Now, you can't always trust a description photo, but other reviews said it was sage green, too. I wanted to put it in our dining room, which is decorated in dark red/burgundy, sage green, and tan. Unfortunately, the color of the box is actually a light lime green. Nowhere close to sage! The blessing in disguise is that the color matches my sewing room perfectly. (It's aqua/purple/green.) I still need a box for the dining room, to hold tax records, but at least this one won't go to waste in the meantime.I'll deduct a star for my grievances, but otherwise, it's a pretty nice photo box. Recommended for anyone who wants to start organizing small items.

perfect to fit the average picture standing and larger ones if they lay down. I had 5 cigar boxes full of pictures and they all fit in this one box ... already bought another one
