Ideal portfolio for children's artwork
I have four children who are no longer bringing home 20 art projects a week from elementary school. Over the years I saved and collected what I considered the best of the best of the artwork they brought home from school, camp, at home and other programmes they were in. I had them framed and displayed until we had to do some work on the house. In an effort to reduce clutter (and weight! Picture frames are HEAVY!) I looked and found this type of portfolio on Amazon. It is perfect for kids artwork and now it is all stored in book form that everyone can enjoy at any time rather than spread across many walls in various rooms! Because of the way the book is designed artwork with yarn, cotton balls and other non traditional mediums can be protected and the book still works properly. The pages are heavy enough to feel comfortable and not so heavy that they obscure the artwork. The binding is tight and clean and provides a secure edge for the pages. It's a plastic cover and easy to wipe and keep clean (as are the pages) It holds a remarkable amount of artwork (I use both sides of each sleeve) and the quality is above standard. I would not hesitate to purchase more or to recommend this item to anyone. It's a GREAT purchase and should give many many years of protection and security while enable people to enjoy the contents.

Black Sheet
This product's beautiful and clean! I love how the black sheet splits your prints from touching each other and really pops. I wish there was a zipper or something to completely seal the binder, but otherwise, I plan to buy this again very soon!

Solid Portfolio
The construction of this portfolio is solid, though the plastic cover isn't bomb proof. The material is light weight and adds a flexibility and ease of transport. It's holding some original comic book art, and I am pleased with its display of the art! Pages have a matte finish that reduces glare.

Almost perfect for 11x17" photo prints
I am an amateur photographer and I enjoy printing my photos and entering them in local competitions. This is always a dangerous task because prints are so easily damaged. I found this book to be perfect for my prints as I either print out 10x15" or 11x17" and either just a paper print or mounted to thin matte board. This portfolio makes it easy to store all of my competition prints and also transport them from the printer home or to competitions. I say that it is "almost" perfect because many of my 11x17" prints are printed on 22x17" paper and cut into two prints meaning they are exactly 11x17. It is a tight fit for these images, if they were just 1/16" or 1/18" wider they would fit in perfect. I believe in the future I will use the ITOYA book that has removable pages as it might solve my fit issues and be easier to move around photos. The 10x15" prints fit great even with two per page and even with the matte board thickness.

Seems to be one of the Standards!
I bought this for my inking portfolio to take to conventions and to otherwise protect my work. The slips are easy to use and I like that they all come with black sheets of paper in them already so you don’t have to worry about the transparency of your art showing through on the next page. I kind of wish the cover were stiffer, but you can always pay a little extra for that with other brands. This one isn’t flimsy by any means, it’s just not “hard cover” or whatever. It’s a thick plastic. I also notice that lots of other artists at cons are using the same portfolio as me which makes me feel good about choosing this one.
