It works for me – and nothing usually works for me!
If you're someone like me who's tried everything (and I mean everything) to make you regular – to no avail – give Swiss Kriss a try. A chiropractor recommended it to me years ago and, with great skepticism, I bought it thinking it would end up in the fail cabinet with all the other ineffective fibers and bloat-inducing cleansing pills. To my surprise, it worked! While I do have to take more than the recommended dose (you will have to experiment to find your sweet spot), I honestly can't be without it. It does not make me bloated or gassy either. Give it a try!

This one works
I take a medication that causes dehydration, and constipation is the result. I have tried several products, but this one gives results. I am careful not to overuse it. This works for me.

Swiss Kris, a good natural laxative
This item was recommended to me by one of my doctors at Mayo Clinic. It works very well as a laxative if you find the right dosage. It's natural and I think may be a bit pricey but worth it to me.
