Added colorant, dried quickly, looks great and finish is solid.

Can find it cheaper other places like Menards but it has great quality and looks amazing and scratch. Resistant is great and super simple to use. I dumped it out on the hardwood flooring and rolled it with a roller.

Good product, will use again if needed.

After drying for three days, the finish is still very soft and easily scratched. I wiped a section with acetone on a rag and it blistered like I had used a paint stripper. Something has changed over the years and this is no longer a good product.

I like this poly better than Minwax; the better price not the only reason. It is oil based so it has a strong chemical smell, but the smell will dissipate in 3-4 hours if the room is well ventilated. The smell is not as long lingering as Minwax. I could walk on it after 4 hours, and there was no stickiness. It imparts a nice amber finish to my wooden floors. I have used polyurethane many times in the past, applying it with a paint brush in small sections. I do this about every 2 years during dry cool autumn weather to keep my floors beautiful. Do not apply in the spring to avoid pollen from being trapped in the finish. I have many small dogs, so it is difficult to have pristine floors all the time. I always choose oil based vs water based poly. The water based poly will not last and will flake. This finish can be easily cleaned with a barely dampened Swiffer mop using water only, and it will keep its shine well.

I had used this product before. So when I couldn't find it locally, I ordered it from Amazon. It is very durable, goes on fast and easy and dries in a reasonable amount of time. You could say it's my go to product for floor finishing.

Absolutely love this product. No other product I have tired even comes close to performing and durability. I continue to order this as I run out. I have 4 rental homes and use it on the stairs. It lasts for years without chipping and it really takes a beating and looks great. I highly recommend it for varnishing your hardwood stairs to protect the wood and the finish on the wood stairs.
