Can this product put in the oven?

I know as much as you do. They are metal, so I guess you can. But since I NEVER had a reason to do it, I cannot say. :)

What coupler fits these?

The small tip fits a standard size coupler. The other 2 require probably a medium and large but I would probably just stick to sizing a reusable pastry bag to fit each these larger ones.

What piping bags would be used with these tips?

I use parchment bags for these. I like working with them and pitching after I am done. Using the reusables just put in a coupler.

How do you keep the bag tight on the tip?

You use couplers. They come two parts, a base and a matching collar, in different sizes based on the diameter of the base of the piping tip. They are sold individually or in sets. To use, you place the coupler base into the empty piping bag and tuck it down into the point, mark where the front of the base sits on the bag, then push the base back and trim *just* above that line with scissors. Tuck the coupler base back down into the now-open point, then place the piping tip onto the outside and slip the coupler collar over the tip. You want the bag itself to be in between the coupler base and the tip. Slide the collar down over the tip and screw it on (the collar and base have matching threading). Be sure to use heavy duty piping bags with double/reinforced seams if whatever you're piping is at all stiff - bag blowout is a major downer.
