Quality and great sounds
I really was surprised when I connected to my cell phone the sound was great and not distorted at all I am a guitar player and I can hear the quality in these speakers I recommend if you like to listen to great music and don't want to spend a fortune get these you want be disappointed at all the battery last a long time and the charging is very fast also.

Speaker was fine but incomplete.
Works well and sounds good. Came with the wrong charger cable and lacked a couple accessories. It was "reconditioned" but I expected it to be complete. I had to send a photo of the cable they sent and the charger port on the speaker before they believed me. Then it took 12 days before the charger cable arrived. They never sent the other components.

Simple, small but good sound quality
The product was sold as "refurbished" but in excellent condition and that is how I received it. It came in its original box with its accessories. Battery at 100%. It had some marks or stains on the ends but nothing that affected the sound quality. Overall, for the price and being repaired, I consider it to be a good purchase. It came on time and well packaged.

Mediocre travel speaker
No bass!!! JBL charge 5 way better the JBL 4 sounds better too. These are great cheap speakers you can lose and not care.

Great sound
I got this one refurbished cause it was cheaper. About the price of a Bluetooth speaker from the dollar general. The sound quality, bass, and volume is much better. I’m very happy with this speaker.
