Very nice flavor. Elevates recipes. Wish it was packaged better! Lost 1/4 bottle to shipping leakage. I will still buy it again.

Firsr time for me and I really like this vinegar it has a great taste and is not too strong or acidic. Better for salads than the Chinese black vinegar and not so expensive.

OK,lets talk truth,you like to make asian food,but you substitute some ingredients,your truley missing out if you dont use this vinegar,its not like apple cider or white vinegar,its got its own flavor profile and hard to find in stores outside an asian market.worth every penny.
