These pouches are super easy to use and work so well with the same brand laminator which makes using these pouches so easy to use!! I have laminated some paper cards we suddenly have and they work great in the same brand laminator and like I said I got the paper size pouches because I’m only doing cards or paper or whatever I need to laminate! The size is perfect for everything I need and there’s no noise or jamming or anything! These pouches heat really well in the laminator and are great for a variety of needs!!!

I purchased both the laminating machine and pouches of various sizes for my mother this Christmas. She is a laminating junkie and laminates just about everything she can including pictures, proof of insurance certificates, newspaper clippings, recipe cards and even recipes pulled from magazines. Its important to note that my mother is about as anti tech as one can possibly get. It took me a couple years just to get her operating a Mac laptop efficiently. When it comes to technology, she finds even the simplest of things difficult, lol. Anyways, she figured out how to operate the laminating machine in just a few minutes. That's how simple it is to use this system. The pouches are fantastic as they make aligning of the item super easy. You just pop the item into the pouch and send it through the laminating machine and your all set. The quality is absolutely perfect. No air bubbles and no creases, just a perfectly laminated item. Considering how cheap the laminating machine is, something like this is a no-brainer for people like my mother. The pouches run anywhere from 20 to 33 cents each depending on size. Bottom line - This system is extremely affordable and about as easy as something can be to operate. The lamination of important documents is just a smart idea and with a system as easy and affordable as this.....well there is really no reason not to. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

As a teacher, I often use a laminator non-stop. This one is quiet, fast and just about fool proof. It has a raised slide for the paper to enter the laminator so that it will go in directly and not turn to the side and scrunch up before it's finished. I saved lots of time laminating because I don't have to re-do my copies. I highly recommend this product...and of course, it's Scotch so it's a great product.

I purchased the Scotch laminator from amazon and decided to purchase the pouches from them as they were much cheaper than anything available locally. Pros - affordable - durable once sealed - good for teachers to always have on hand Cons - takes about 2-3 passes through the machine to seal completely. - the laminate can warp a bit under the heat especially if the machine has been on for awhile. - almost impossible not to have a lot of wastage if doing multiple items that are smaller than the size of the pouch as you should not use the ends if trimmed on the unsealed edge. (Which is more a limitation of the machine rather than the pouches) Good product. Properly Sealed items can last a very long time. Which is especially useful in a classroom environment.

Absolutly perfect for my laminating machine, item arrived on time and in great condition. Very simple just slide the paper in between and insert into heated machine and it will come out without any wrinkles or bubbles. I love laminating pages for presentation purposes and it always makes it easier to pass around in a meeting. Also great for hole punching and putting in presentation binders too! These were a great value and although I thought about buying thicker these were perfect, not flimsy at all. I will buy again when I am out, and remember you can get in all sizes. This is an awesome product I can't live without!!

I love these Scotch Thermal pouches. I've been using them for years mainly for crafts that I either sell or make as gifts. I use both the 3mm and 5mm and they are both great. I've tried store brand laminating sheets before when I've been in a bind and really needed pouches and nothing can really compare to the quality of these thermal pouches. I really like these larger size pouches and didn't realize until very recently that they also come in legal paper size and now I definitely want to try those as well. If you purchase these for use with your laminating machine you won't be sorry! One of the best qualities that I like about these pouches when compared to other cheaper brand or store brand pouches is that the things I put inside the pouch to laminate (for example, handmade tags) don't shift when I go to put the pouch into the machine. I've had others where you fit everything (I'm usually laminating a bunch of small little pieces of paper) in the pouch and you go to lift it up to put in the machine and things start falling out or shifting and landing on top of each other. That is a real pain because it wastes time and it's just frustrating - that doesn't happen with these Scotch pouches. They almost have a sort of cling to them which I really, really like. If you are a paper crafter, you definitely need to try these pouches for your laminating machine!

I've become slightly addicted to these laminating pouches! They work well to protect paper and photos (although you have to be very careful laminating photos to squeeze all air out of the pouch). Since I regularly print out sheets of instructions, quick-reference guides, and notes which inevitably last a day or two at most before having to be reprinted, sealing them in a laminating pouch has become fast, easy, and ensures the printouts last a long time. At a cost-per-pouch that's pretty low (especially when you can pick a box of pouches up on sale), I often simply laminate most things for convenience. These sheets are consistently good quality, and I have yet to have one fail in either the laminating process, or delaminate afterwards.
