warm and perfect size for pockets
These have saved me multiple times. I primarily use them on the job. I have used them in my pockets to keep my hands warm directing traffic on several occasions. I have used one to place over my toes for a temporary amount of time due to being in the cold for an hour. It helped me warm back up quickly.

Great portable heating solution - reusable too!
Great product! You get long lasting heat and a little science experiment all in one. Being able to regenerate is an extra special plus. Helps keep my fingers from going numb when I'm driving in the cold. I just keep one in my pocket and take it out to hold in my hand.

She loved em. Stocking stuffer. The crystal reaction made her giggle as it spread thru the bag. She has cold hand syndrome so she sits and kneads it until it cools like a toy. She can take one camping because our kifaru tent can easily boil water for hours.

Meh...
I knew the risk I was taking when purchasing these because of the other reviews. While they are very inexpensive, they only lasted 2 times before they started leaking. Boiling them was difficult, especially trying to keep them from just sitting on the bottom of the pot. Even the very first time I boiled them, it left a weird residue on my pot that was almost impossible to get off. I will say they got very hot and lasted a good 2 hours before starting to get too hard to use and losing their heat. Buy and use at your own risk.

Good product, but in my situations, it just won't work
My fault for not doing more research on the item. I didn't realize it had to be boiled in water to be activated. I'm out of the house all day and not in a position to boil the items. These don't work for me. I'm sure it's a different situation for others.

This's thing is amazing !Bought this like 3months ago , it helps me out with menstrual cramps though my hospital round since it's small and fit in the hand and my labcoat pocket . it helps me once sleep when I got back pain .Planing to get more of these Thank you !

crap
right after "snapping it" it retains heat for about an hour and after that it go cold.I kept it in me pocket to keep me warm....NOTHING Which made me mad that I was looking forward for his helping me since I work outside all day and it failed to do the job. Now I gotta find another brand. What a waste of money.
