Very durable and thick stainless steel

Excellent stainless steel cookware..After years of nonstick, I ordered these and the difference is night and day. Superior construction and feel. Very well made,,,,mot flimsy here.. Everything cooks universally great textures and consistancy. Steady reliable heat.....

Been trying to move away from non-stick pans. We have been using Zwilling wok for a while now and we love it. The stainless exterior is non-shiny so they are really easy to maintain. For these pans, I do get burnt oil on the cooking surface, but nothing a bit of baking soda cannot resolve.

These Zwilling pans look decent but perform poorly, food sticks badly even with oil, cooking is frustrating, and it’s extremely difficult to clean with residue and stains clinging to the surface. Overall, the quality is disappointing and doesn’t live up to what you’d expect from the Zwilling brand.

They heat very evenly and are very easy to clean. You will need to add a little bit of oil to the pan when cooking especially if cooking very lean meat.

El precio justifica la calidad, no se pega nada, no necesitas curarla o hacerle algo, solo bien lavada antes de usar y listo, las carnes se cocinan súper bien me sorprendió mucho eso, la asa para agarrarla no se calienta como otras a pesar de no tener goma o madera, es un mínimo lo que se siente de caliente el asa, solo me hubiera gustado que trajera tapa, pero esta súper bien, son sartenes de calidad para muchos años espero.

If you choose stainless steel frying pans as opposed to non-stick, then these are in my opinion the best available at this price bracket. Very tough, beautifully crafted, excellent heat transfer, and as long as you cool them before washing, they come up like new after washing. I particularly like the sturdy handle and the balance of the pan on gas hobs, but they do work on electric and induction type hobs.
