Works on Honeywell HPA061-TGT
Even though it doesn’t list that particular model, I took a gamble and tried it anyways (since I couldn’t find a replacement filter anywhere, including on Honeywell’s official site). It fits perfect and works just fine!

Works great, looks the same as the old one
Seems exactly like the one that came with my filter from the factory. We have our filter placed just outside of our litter box. Photo is the old filter (about a year or a little more old) next to the new one.
