This product line is fantastic! I have fine long blonde hair and this really helps keep the tangles under control, smooth as silk hair after blow drying and having it protected from heat damage is wonderful. No overpowering smells, no greasy feeling just a great addition to my hair care routine.

this is my absolute favorite hair product!! i’ve been using it for years:) it smells good, makes my hair super soft, gets rid of frizz, and protects it against sun/heat damage! i always use it after i wash my hair, and my hair is oily on the scalp, so i hardly need to use much which is great. to apply it i just put it on my wet hair away from the roots and run a brush through my hair to spread it out evenly:) i personally air dry my hair and don’t use heat, so i use this product for protection from uv rays—and my hair looks significantly healthier than before i started using it!

I bought this product after my stylist used it several times at the salon and I asked her about it. I know it's great for color-treated hair, but beyond that, it actually shortens my blow-dry time and leaves my hair with a nice, glossy finish. I only need one pump for my long, fine hair (goes below my shoulder blades), so even though the price seems a little high - one bottle is going to last a very long time. Just a note for anyone reading - you can overdo it - I thought I needed more than one pump the first couple times I used it and instead of having a glossy finish, it looked like when you haven't washed your conditioner out thoroughly. Overall, it's a great product that I use almost daily.

Joico Defy Damage Protective Shield is my absolute favorite since I tried it I fell in love and have to use it on my hair every time. I highly recommend it I know you will have soft, smooth manageable hair. Plus if you have any split ins you will not see any affect you use this.

LOVE this stuff!! I have been using this in my hair for 2 years now. I use the shampoo/conditioner line as well, and then add this in for heat protection right before drying. I recently got extensions, and my hair dresser, who is really big into hair health, said its even safe for use on extensions! This product maintains hair health, adds moisture and protection, and does not leave hair greasy. I always wait for prime days to order and you can usually find a pretty good discount on it! You will want to stock up!

I'm rewriting my review. Apparently I used too much the first time I tried this. But once my hair became fly away due to dry heat in the cold weather I tried it again. It only takes a tiny amount to calm my fly away strands.

I color my hair and this helps prevent damage from heat and color treatment. My favorite brand is Joico. It’s pricey but it helps my hair feel soft and easier to manage

Me encanta, me deja el pelo muy bien,lo uso para protegerlo del calor antes del secador/plancha pero también es muy práctico para el día a día te deja el pelo brillante y suave ,llevo desde el año pasado usándolo y lo recomiendo,no es un producto barato pero yo he tenido problemas en el cabello y lo tengo muy fino y es un buen producto para su cuidado
