DeWalt N413423 Housing for DeWalt 20V MAX XR Brushless Impact Driver Series

I’m very happy with this tool accessory. It has a strong, practical design and looks perfect for keeping things more organized in a garage, workshop, or work area. Fit like OEM.

You could see in the pictures where the bottom of the handle was cracked. I was on a 6 foot ladder when the driver popped off my tool belt and hit the concrete. I was assuming I was gonna have to buy a whole new tool however was pleasantly surprised when I saw they sold the housing separate. This is a DeWalt housing not a knock off, which at $20 was a real deal. The knock off were $35-$50. Took me approximately 15 minutes to swap out the housing. Highly recommend you take pictures like I did when you get the case apart in case you need references. All the labels came off fairly easily as I used a Sculptura/needle, nose,pliers to remove the stickers and install them on the new housing. They are metal based stickers so they stay intact quite nicely as you remove them from the old housing. All in all excellent experience. I own three different DeWalt drivers dating back to the 18 V oval battery days to these newer style drivers. Clearly this is my favorite one and works the best so I wasn’t willing to part with it. It’s amazing how much dirt and crap is inside the housing and yet the tool still works perfect. That’s why Dewalt is my favorite.

Quality of the replacement looks and feels like the original. It really is a perfect replacement besides not having the original stickers. I used a heat gun to transfer all my old stickers, at least the ones that were still there. My impact is like 4 or 5 years old so it's a slightly older model, but continues to run strong. I didn't want to toss it just because it was broken right where the battery and handle was; just too many drops most likely. It couldn't sit up straight any more. The original cover has lived through two house renovations so it's hard to complain. Nothing beats saving some money, not having to buy a brand new one. Great quality for the price, just make sure you're referencing your model number because they are not all the same.

Works great. Everything same and easy replacement. You just need a smaller star screwdriver to disassemble and reassemble it.

Es el original, mi impacto quedó como nuevo, solo qué no vienen los tornillos ni los logotipos, pero utilice los viejos y al 100.

Es como lo dice OEM de excelente calidad tu herramienta después de un mantenimiento queda como nueva solo le tienes que colocar los stickers de la vieja carcasa pero es un excelente producto

Magnífica herramienta para ingenieros, y sobre todo para quienes gustan de coleccionar esta marca tan de buena calidad. Recomendado.
