I love Nordic ware. They gave great thick pans. The design is so detailed too. I use cake gloop to line my pans and the cakes pop out easily. Highly recommend it

I love these decorative pans. Having several, I opted for this one because of the beautiful design. Made pumpkin cake for Thanksgiving and gingerbread for Christmas. No issues whatsoever and the details came through with the bakes very nicely. Worth adding to your baking experience.

I bought the pumpkin and wheat Nordic cooking pan to bake pumpkin bread in, but my 4 year old wanted to bake a yellow cake mix with food coloring in it. We devided the cake mix into two bowls and added food coloring to have orange and green batter. We spraid the pan with flour cooking spray and then spooned the mix into the desired spots. It came out of the pan easily, was cute, and cooked evenly. It looked better than the picture; we dropped the cake when transferring it from the cooling rack to the plate. Human error not a design defect. I also like to place a cooking sheet below decorative pans incase of over flow. I thought we only filled it 3/4 of the way but it still spilled over the pan a little. So becareful not to over fill and we reduced the baking temp for dark colored pans.

Makes an attractive and unique loaf.

Nordic ware has incredibly durable bakeware. The design is beautiful especially when topped with powdered sugar! I would say that bakers joy or a flour spray is necessary if you dont want the design to remain in pan, but I think its totally worth the end result

If properly greased the pattern shows up well and the bread does not stick. Will need to cut off bottom to be able to lay flat. Normal sized bread pan. Breads cook well like any other pan.

Purchased for family of 5 kids for fall.
