What does ‘fully automatic’ mean exactly?

A fully automatic turntable will queue and play the record itself with the push of one button as well as return the tonearm on it's own once the record is finished playing.

Does this turntable need speakers to play the record?

Yes. At minimum, it requires powered (active) speakers. The turntable has a phono or line out output, so there will need to be amplification in the form of powered speakers or an amplifier with passive speakers.

Can I put multiple albums on at the same time?

This is a single record table. You could probably stack multiple records on the disc, but I doubt you would get the results you're hoping for. The elegance in this design is in its simplicity. It does one thing, and it does it well.
