Very good product crompton.Air cooler size am not expect this much height .It's very tall optimus 65 model.It's suitable for big size hall ....2 days am used this product ....Cooling wise it's so wonderful am filling light hot water inside the chamber but output it's give cooling & breeze air .First day approximately I filled 60-62 ltr water afternoon 1 to evening 8 o clock it's continuously running and comes under min level.Second day filled 60 LTR water using at night time9 pm to morning 5 am .So average 8 hours it's running full tank capacity.Noise wise quit good . Very pleasant .First day full of honeycomb smell in hall .But second day it's not in machine .So smell so horrible at day 1 . So pls out of children from this cooler day 1.Before operate & run the aircooler kindly check bottom chamber I identified two screw inside the water chamber.I dont know how it's happened may be travelling time it may be happen .So before check water chamber then you run it your cooler.Note : Water issue area people & metro peopleper day it's consump 60 ltr water so cost it around25*3 water cane = 60 ruppes60*30 days = 1800 rupees+Current bill consumption you add so total it around 2100 RS it's come monthly charge .So my personal opinionIf you need aircooler for your home think & buy.If water problem not in your area.If water problem is there in your area kindly think and buy .Thankyou

I have watched many reviews and I was confused between Crompton ozone and Crompton optimus.I didn't even consider anything else ,probably other companies proving the better ones but let proceed ahead,Air throw :Youtube reviewers put in my mind that air throw will blow you away but when I switched it on I found a normal air flow and expecting more. Probably because I had a blower desert cooler from 15 yrs old and it has phenomenal air flow.still can't believe who created that cooler.but if you never had blower cooler you'll be fine with it.Ice tank : it is just best I have seen : in my previous cooler had a biggest ice tank ever seen but it drops the water in water tank, this optimus has big ice tank also and it drops the water in pads directly which is really creative because pump flows the water in upper icetank also so put.ur ice above and flowing water will get cold and flow throw pads. Great work Crompton.Filling water : botton clip(I didn't use but there is a clip to empty it) and auto drain feature which is there that's why I bought it because in ozone it's absent there.Big front air throw : it has a big face for air throw. I will keep comparing this to my previous blower cooler cos that was just a legend but blower one has small front and aggressive throw and optimus has big face and normal throw so it won't be a issue ,everyone will get good air.Problems : no ! If you are a guy who believe in put some efforts and enjoying it then it's fine. I have to make drain hole bigger with sharp knife so that little pipe tap will go inside(included with cooler). Plastic finish is not accurate that is why you have to take care of finishing like the tap thing and ice chember is little loose but not an issue.People said I'll get issue in cleaning but it's new so let see in future.Or agar tum aalsi aadmi ho ,poora Paisa vasoolna hai to bhai ac lele cos ye to humidity krega he har air cooler krta h.Pads : great.It worth the priceIce chember,auto drain,mosquito pads, big front , best caster wheels, good looksThese above reasons must be enough to buy this cooler.

I am writing this review after I have used this Crompton cooler in couple of summer in the humid climate of Mumbai. I was looking for the cooler which does not have wheels extending out of the main body (like many desert coolers), has 3 side big honeycomb pads, has mosquito mesh, maintenance is easy, water can be filled from top and front louvers can be closed completely. This cooler does have all those features. I can put 1 drop of ittar (perfume) from the top lid side or can use rolling ittar and whole room freshens up with pleasant smell. Since I do not want humidity to accumulate in bedroom, so I keep it outside bedroom and keep opposite window in bedroom open. That creates cross ventilation. Besides I keep the louvers slightly tilted upwards so that air throw is not directly coming on body. And keep the BLDC ceiling fan running at speed of 2. That will fill the bedroom with cool breeze. Even in humid climate, I feel pretty comfortable. Air throw is good. I mostly use it at low setting. That way you get desired effect with less power consumption. By design it is good product. But Crompton should think about using BLDC fan inside. That will be huge saving on electricity bill.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that prospective buyers should be aware of it.The problems started before I even opened the box. The delivery person handled the package very roughly despite being asked to carry it properly. Instead, the box was dragged up the stairs in front of me. When I expressed concern, I was simply told that I could "raise a complaint with Amazon" if there was any issue.Unfortunately, there were issues.The outer carton arrived in terrible condition. The bottom portion was wet, torn, and heavily worn. The thermocol packaging inside was broken and out of shape, indicating that the product may have been mishandled during transit or had been previously opened.Once unpacked, I noticed multiple signs that did not inspire confidence:Dents on parts of the cooler body.Scratches in several areas.Green stains inside the ice chamber.Overall appearance suggesting prior handling or use.However, the most serious problem appeared when I switched the cooler on.The cooler immediately started vibrating so violently that the entire unit shook. It produced a loud rattling noise that could be heard throughout the room. I even tried applying downward pressure to simulate the weight of a filled water tank, but the vibration remained severe. The shaking was strong enough to be felt physically while standing next to the unit.To make matters worse, the airflow feels significantly lower than expected for a cooler of this size and specification. This leads me to suspect a serious issue with the fan assembly, motor mounting, or internal balancing.What is most disappointing is that this is not a minor cosmetic issue. A customer purchasing a new cooler expects a properly packaged, undamaged, and fully functional product. Instead, I received a unit with damaged packaging, visible signs of wear, and major operational defects right out of the box.Amazon and Crompton need to investigate how a product in this condition passed through packaging, logistics, and quality checks before reaching a customer.Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

This cooler is very good and the cooling is also great but the humidity feature provided by the company is fake and it causes a lot of trouble because water drips from the drain hole in it, hence this feature is useless.

About cooler:1) Best quality honeycomb with Mosquitoes net that ultimately product from dust (not much)2) Big ice chamber, pump thrust water in ice chamber and then water flow down from corners (cooler ek taraf jhuka toh pani ice chamber ka ek taraf ho jayega jisse dusare tarah honeycomb me pani nahi jayega)3) AutoDrain from back means switch AutoDrain from backside (gentle). Turn on cooler and pump. It will start draining water from back. Don't worry main fan will be off while set to auto drain.4) Not easy to open means you you need to remove 9 screwdrive using petchcus and gently pull out from left side because on right side ur is connected with AutoDrain pipe.5) AirFlow is awesome, Fan quality is too good.Tips:1) After purchase, fill water to minimum and turn on cooler along with pump at low or medium speed OUT SIDE (if appartment then Balcony. if Bunglow then outside room.) To clean Honeycomb and remove bad odur from honeycomb.- I personally use mix 1 normal spoon Dettol Multipurpose Disinfectant liquid (not anticeptic) to remove Honeycomb bad odur.Allow cooler to run around 1-2 hour and it will completely remove Honeycomb bad odur.2) Ice chamber is really big, so 500gram or 1 ltr box ice cube can fix easily.- Run cooler for 2 hours and it will lower down water temperature inside cooler then put ice in chamber.- Personally, I put water in family pack Ice cream plastic box, refrigerate in ice section and then put those box ice inside cooler ice chamber. You can easily put 5 ice box side to get best cooling.Seller point of view-> The price of 65ltr is variable between 10k to 14.5k (different sellers different prices). I brought at 11.3k later I found same seller selling this same product at 13.4k lol.Conclusion: If you're looking for a cooler for hazel free draining and best airflow. Go for it. The only problem is maintenance as it's not easy to open.Don't spend more then 12k for this 65ltr cooler.Hope you all found this helpful.
