NO. Energizer moved production of all CR123A batteries to China over a year ago (approximately pre-2017).

Could not find an actual expiration date but the label says that it has a 10 year shelf life. Walgreens wants over $12.00 for 1 battery. I bought these for my photography triggers. Still on the first 2 batteries. There a great value.
