When it says "Vented" does this mean a hole in the suction cup end and the other end or only the suction cup end?

These don't have the hole on the end, they have it only on the cup side. They look exactly like the pictures in the product page.

from the top to the bottom is about 1.25 inches in length. Edge to edge on the suction cup is .25 inches across. I use mine on gas perm hard lenses.

How often do you replace this?

They are made of rubber so just wash them if needed and use. I have been using one for more than a year and it’s great.

Anyone tried this for monthly/yearly circle lenses? Mines are not soft lenses and I have toric lenses for astigmatism.

I use it with long term toric gas permeable contact lenses and it is great.
