Great mosquito net!!
I love this mosquito net! The netting is very effective for keeping out mosquitos, I've used it for several months this year in a tropical climate where mosquitos are plentiful and also disease-bearing. So, having a good net was very important. The netting itself is very good quality compared to the other mosquito nets I've seen. It's soft, flexible with tiny spaces that insects can't get through. While inside the net, I've seen mosquitoes trying to get through it and being stuck on the outside. At the same time, it's airy and light and although I didn't expect this, it is actually delightful to be inside the net. I was concerned that the net would block the breeze from the ceiling fan at night (when the fan is much needed), but it didn't. The size of the net is spacious, more than enough for a single bed and large enough for a double, with enough material to tuck it in under the mattress. and I like the way it flows from the circular ring. This net is easy to install, just hang it up on a single hook. The circular ring conveniently folds up for packing. Because it's light, it's easy to tuck the net up or remove it to make the bed, etc. I highly recommend this mosquito net, very pleased with it!!

Worked well, easy to put away
Are use this on a boat. We hung it from the Bimini. Fourth of July fireworks is usually accompanied by millions of bugs. This allowed us to see the fireworks and not be inundated by insects. I did spritz the net with some repellent as added precaution. But, they were not getting in through the holes.

I never really used it
I did not use this net as I found it to be unnecessary, but it probably is worthwhile if you are in an area where malaria is prevalent or there are a lot of mosquitos.

peace of mind in the Amazon
Bought two for a trip to the Amazon. Worked like a charm, easy to hang. We were so grateful to have these... I cannot describe the peace of mind that comes from sleeping while knowing you won't get bit... especially now, with so many mosquito-borne illnesses around. As soon as you leave the net, you are fair game, so spray as soon as you get out. Most of the bites I got were in the early morning during the 1-2 minutes it took to leave the net and use the restroom--before applying bug spray. When you install, make sure it is closer to the headboard so it drapes lower toward the feet and not over your head.

Worked for keeping cicadas off a sapling
I purchased this because I needed something quick to keep cicadas off of a newly planted Redbud tree, right as a huge 17-year swarm was coming out. I liked the center hanging point, and the integrated ring for spreading the netting.I strung a length of paracord between two points, and hung the net from that. That kept it (mostly) from pressing down too much on the fragile young branches. The ring also helped to spread the netting out where the small branches on the top were. It would have been better if I could have hung it slightly higher. I pulled the netting together, twisted it around the trunk, and tied it with a string. It worked great.I do wish I had spread it out first and understood that there is a split up one side (to form a door when used normally), but that was not a problem in this application. Overall, it worked great. It will also work if I ever want to spread an insect netting over a picnic table, especially a round one, if I have a branch overhead from which I can suspend the net. Unfortunately, that is a fairly narrow use case, so it is going into storage for the next time we get a big cicada swarm. I do a LOT of camping, but most of it is very lightweight camping, and I normally wouldn't bother with netting like this.

Mosquito net
This thing is perfect for my requirements. I'm planning a trip to the Arctic Circle where the mosquito's are large enough to carry away small dogs. I needed something that would set up quickly and Coghlan's Travellers Mosquito net is perfect. It's over 8-feet high and large enough to fit two chairs or a small table. The top circular piece springs out to form the large opening ring then twists back into the smaller shape for storage. This is a nice item, especially for the price.

Tested in Everglades
I have custom fitted this for use under an 8x10 tarp (using paracord to pull out the corners.) The mosquitos at dusk are normally bad but this year they started in February (we did not have a cool winter) per the Park guards. We are able to set up 3 chairs and small table to have an area to escape. Otherwise it is the tents. This is a design that allows it to be customized for many uses.

Manufacturing defect
The net comes with wooden bamboo pieces used to hold its circular shape at the top, but unfortunately they do not fit. They are too large. I leave for a malarial zone in too short of time to return the product, but I would recommend buying a different net. In the meantime, I'm going to buy some sandpaper and try to sand the bamboo into the appropriate size.Additionally, the bamboo pieces have splintered ends, which would probably tear through the net at some point.Given the importance of a decent mosquito net in malarial zones, I would not recommend this product.
