Anyone had these on for a while and how did they center and how are studs holding up?

Line up good use removable loctite and torque the spacer to the rotor. Work fine with no issues so far.

Can you tow with these on

Re torque them every few months. Increasing the offset does slightly reduce the towing capacity of your truck since you are increasing the leverage that the weight has. Only by a few percent. I towed over 10k several times with mine and never worried or had any issues.

Is the new stud smaller than the stock stud?

Same diameter. Still had to use my deep lug nuts with offsets
